This document applies to all users of the btdbt platform. Please read the full terms and conditions carefully before joining the platform.
Introduction and Definitions
1.1 Introduction
btdbt is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, slots, and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the btdbt website and all associated services.

Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To use the btdbt platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for people aged 21 and above only.
- You must register with accurate and truthful personal information.
- You must have the legal right to participate in online gaming and betting activities.
- You must not be located in any jurisdiction where such services are completely prohibited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and all funds held in them may be forfeited.
A maximum of one account may be registered per household or IP address, unless separately approved.
2.3 Account Verification
btdbt may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
Providing false information will result in the account being closed immediately.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the btdbt support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposit Terms
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into btdbt:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service.
- Nagad — the digital financial service of the postal department.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
- Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
Deposited funds must come from legitimate sources only. Deposits through third-party accounts or credit cards are not allowed.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
Verification may need to be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. btdbt reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
If deposited funds have never been used in a wager, withdrawals may be restricted or held.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering
btdbt is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the relevant account may be suspended for investigation. btdbt has both the right and the responsibility to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
btdbt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.
This bonus is available to each user once only and applies to verified accounts only.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
To receive the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. Importantly, the wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: If you received a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 worth of bets before you can withdraw the bonus winnings.
Not all games may contribute equally to the wagering requirement. The contribution rate for specific games will be stated on the promotion details page.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- The account must be fully verified to claim a bonus.
- A bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or device.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
- btdbt reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If misuse of bonus terms is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.
- Each promotion may have its own expiry; if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be removed.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Policy
btdbt is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. The games on our platform are operated by certified software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every outcome is completely independent and not predetermined.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Playing games using any kind of bot, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
- Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing account information or strategies with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Taking advantage of technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

5.3 Technical Errors
If a software or hardware error causes an incorrect game result, btdbt reserves the right to void that round and refund the amount wagered. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void. btdbt's decision is final in such situations.
VIP Program and Rewards
6.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits
btdbt's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is given at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
The criteria for moving to a higher tier depend on regular activity and participation. btdbt reserves the right to change VIP criteria at any time.
6.2 Cashback and Rewards Terms
- Cashback is paid at a set time each week.
- Specific wagering conditions may apply before cashback is converted to withdrawable funds.
- Cashback will be automatically cancelled if not used before its expiry date.
- Rewards for special events or tournaments may have separate terms.
Responsible Gaming Policy
7.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment
btdbt places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is an entertainment activity and should not be used as a source of income. Only wager money that you can afford to lose.

Account Closure and Cancellation
10.1 Closure at User's Request
Users may request to close their account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team. All existing bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and any available cash funds will be withdrawable subject to conditions being met.
10.2 Account Suspension or Cancellation by btdbt
btdbt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If clear evidence of a violation of the terms and conditions is found.
- If fraudulent or dishonest activity is suspected.
- If false or misleading information has been provided.
